Jr 9,23 Takto praví Hospodin: Nechlub se moudrý v moudrosti své, ani se chlub silný v síle své, aniž se chlub bohatý v bohatství svém.
Jr 9,24 Ale v tom nechť se chlubí, kdo se chlubí, že rozumí a zná mne, že já jsem Hospodin, kterýž činím milosrdenství, soud i spravedlnost na zemi; nebo v těch věcech líbost mám, dí Hospodin.
